There is a way to type in a Custom GPS on the Map screen in the lefthand search bar and it will put a pin for your plane to fly to. however, when I start the flight the flight plan is not showing up. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

It's currently 1:22AM UTC September 2nd. It wouldn't have been between 7-8 UTC at the time I experienced it, but maybe the maintenance has something to do with it anyway. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah I did check that, I had 114Mbps download and around 5Mbps Upload so I didn't think that was the issue o.o

I am posting this video to show a problem I found with the TBR 930 in MSFS 2020. I cannot engage the Auto Pilot, and the Aileron trim is definitely non functional. Any ideas what's going on?

Toggling the TKS did make a positive difference. But I had it off up until the stall situation. Also, how do you know? lol

Just as you asked that the Stall horn came on XD The engine is on full power to maintain altitude/speed and it is pitching up. I guess maybe I was impatient. I thought the affects would be more dramatic in a shorter period of time, but at least I finally did notice something

Well I had this set to "Snow" and increased cloud coverage to 100% and lowered temperatures even lower than the preset option. This is as much ice as I could get to accumulate. It doesn't seem as if performance was affected. So I am not sure what is causing the difference in our experiences. If you notice anything giving a way a sign of the possible cause in the screenshots, please let me know

what weather conditions did you use? I just cant get the plane to produce an observable affect. Maybe I am simply word not allowed of what the affects may be. But I definitely didn't crash because of it, and I had some pretty radical conditions set. But enough people have said there is an affect that I believe there should be. Wish I could notice it.

Nice lol. That's actually pretty cool But I did try the other Aircrafts btw such as the Cessna 172 with the same result. At least for me, I don't notice anything adverse when flying with Ice Effect "On". I even switched it to "Visual Only" to see if the Boolean got swapped somehow in a software bug but that didn't affect anything either

Well I was flying with the conditions in the Picture below for 30 minutes in an Icon A5 and nothing happened except visual icing. I noticed no adverse affect on the aircraft or engine whatsoever. And I double checked to ensure that in "Assistance" that Icing Effect was set to "On". The screenshots below show the conditions I was flying in for 30 minutes along with what the Aircraft looked like from inside and outside of the cockpit. Again, there was no noticeable physical affect on the aircraft however, which was disappointing to me as I was hoping to experience the realism described by some of the other members who claim to have noticed these affects.

Hmmm...It was set to on when I checked just now. The description claims it does affect flight. I am looking closer at it

I noticed that the indicators will be affected. But so far I haven't noticed any loss of airspeed or altitude. I'm going to try it again and record a short demo

The visualization for the icing looks great in MSFS2020; However I didn't notice a single difference in the way the plane flies with anti-icing protection off. This isn't realistic in my opinion. I had weather at the lowest possible temperature and other conditions that should overwhelm the control surfaces within a few minutes yet no difficulty flying with ice whatsoever. Have you observed similar results?

It is fine in other big cities. The only location I have an issue is the KSFO airport. Try flying around KSFO and see if you have issues such as the first screenshot at the beginning of this thread

A hypothesis I have is it could be a network issue on Microsoft's end. With all the nodes exploring their (our) World at once in a multitude of ways, maybe the cloud is being throttled as they figure out a solution (upgrade systems hardware)

Ultra. How does San Francisco show up at first when you take off from the airport and and head toward the city? For me it is sporadically loading bit by bit everytime as if it doesn't even cache it during the previous sessions either. I even reinstalled the game and it didn't help

I am not sure what's going on. I have an RTX 2080 TI and 87Mbps Down & 9.05Mbps Upload speeds However when I playing the game recently my game looks horrible. This is the San Francisco area used in my example. Please help if you know what's wrong. I already have the latest graphics driver installed, the one that was supposedly optimized for MSFS 2020

I agree with those who say that msfs is a great foundation. If you start with a foundation this realistic it would be hard to imagine the gaps won't be filled as we move forward and into the future... I am hopeful.
