  1. Thanks for all of you who gave me usefull answers. I was not aware of the DSR option, so thats why I´ve not tried It my self "St Mawgan" and I was hoping to get some helpful answers without bying an 4k sceen to find out that 4k maybe was not so good decision after all. But that scenario maybe didn´t occur to you 😉
  2. Hello fellow Captains. I´m currently flying in 2k with an RTX 5080, 9950x3 CPU and 64 GB ram and with every settings in ultra and 300 in LOD with no stutter whatsoever. 95% of the time Im only bush flying with helos and almost never above 5,000 fet AGL. I would very much be able to go over to 4k but Im afraid that my 16 GB of vram will not be enough for my type of flying. So I would very much appreciate to hear from anyone who is currently in the MSFS 2024 Beta whith 16 vram what your experience is. And if the Beta allows you to fly outside heavy airports an cities with many of the settings in ultra without having too much stutter.
  3. I've not been flying for a couple of days but when I started up 2024 (SU2) the ATC icon in the menu bar have dissapeared. I've toggled the tick-box in the cog setting serveral times and restarted the sim. I've even tried to assign at button for ATC windows aswell but I still don't get the ATC windows to appear. So there is no way I can respond to the ATC so the services of course get cancelled after a while. Really strange 🤷‍♂️
  4. It feels like I have to use less anti-torque pedals in Msfs 2024 then Msfs 2020 when flying Taog's different helicopters. (I don't use the default helicopters and of course no assistans) Is that a bug or are the dynamics changed that much between those two?
  5. Hello fellow simmers. I´ve recently acquired and installed MSFS 2024 on the same drive as MSFS 2020 and after that i´ve noticed that the Parallel 42 Essential stoped working in MSFS 2020. I´´ve tried to uninstall and reinstall in from Marketplace and I can see the Icon in the bar in 2020 but nothing happens when I click on it. It worked fine before I installed MSFS 2024 and It seems really strange if those two envets has anything to do with eachother, but I´ve have not made any installments in MSFS 2020 since I last used Flow Essential. Thought ?
  6. Thank you Malador. This setting was the culprit. My friend had this setting in "Low"
  7. When my friend and I are flying together in a multiplayer flight from the same runway, whit the default Cessna 172 and with live wheather and have the same time set, I always get a much more twitchy ride then my friend. It´s like my plane are reacting to a more intense wind than my friend. Even if I momentarily realease my hands from the controls to rule out any input i´m doing to the controls, my plane jerks more from side to side and up and down then my friends plane. I wonder why that´s the case? None of us have any mods to our planes. We´re not more that 100 yards from each other when we reach the designated altitude. The wind is sometime just 4kts and if it´s turbulence that I´m experience, my friend should at least at some of these flights run in these localized pockets of turbulence, but it´s always my plane that jerks around. I´ve tried to dial down the wind to zero and then my plane flies straight as an arrow, but as soon as I turn on live weather, my plane starts to dance around more then my friends plane even in winds as low as 4-5 kts. It´s a conundrum.
