  1. I don't even know where to BEGIN! I searched here before posting and can't seem to pull up any other discussion about this, but I doubt that's the case. Tried to follow tips and "checklist" from another forum but the files the poster referred to are absent. I followed the manual. I can't seem to find a .cfg file within the MyTraffic folder. I can't seem to make FSX SE include MyTraffic as scenery.
  2. I'm burning fuel from only my left tank? I've scoured the manual, searched the forums, and no solution found.
  3. Hey! Thanks a lot! Thankfully, I have a bit of experience with text-based stuff like this (QuickBasic, VisualBasic for Applications, and the old Autoexec.bat and Config.sys) so I took what you pointed out, compared other panel.cfg files, and worked it out. Thanks again!
  4. All I have to do is figure out how to obtain a copy of the real folder ....
  5. Arghhhh! All of my "panels" in my "panels" folder refers to the C182!!!! I need a new "panels" folder for the B350!!
  6. I get the panel, but everything where gauges are supposed to go is blank! Now, I have added quite a few airplanes -- feeware and payware -- and when I can, I tell it "no" when asked to overwrite something (which it never has) when installing new aircraft. But I don't know what the installers are doing. I also know that somewhere in these files are .cfg files where I could check for the gauges files pulled by cfg and see if they are even there. I guess what I'm saying is, I have no idea where to even begin troubeshooting and I have no idea what caused it to begin with.
  7. That legitimately makes me smile. Thanks so much!
  8. Anyone know where I can find a Dah 8 100 that is flyable and has a virtual cockpit? Freeware or payware is okay. I searched this library, and couldn't find it. I found some Dash 8 on FlyAwaysim but they either didn't seem to be flyable after I installed them (they didn't pop up) or they didn't have a virtual cockpit. I found payware through PremierAircraftDesign (or something like that) but the download link seemed to be broken and it isn't compatible with DX10. I have done my searches and just can't seem to find it. Payware or freeware is okay. Thanks for any pointers.
  9. I got it working and sincerely appreciate everyone's help!
  10. Some of my questions are answered; thank you; I found FSX and I understand that STEAM must also be running. Which brings me to one more question on that issue: With FSX Steam, I can play offline; Correct? In regards to the error message, am I receiving it because of where it is installed? Or is there a way I can address the UAC issue and run it from where it is? Oh, and a rhetorical question not intended to be answered but more of a vent: Why would STEAM place it somewhere, where it causes problems!??
  11. Downloaded FSX Steam and not having much luck: Another question. While I have downloaded it and my used disc space seems to indicate a significant increase in used space, I'm not seeing it in my File Explorer. Do I have to be on STEAM to run it? Can I not just run FSX Steam as a standalone without being connected?
  12. Thank you very much, everyone. Looks like, though, I may have more funds on the way so I may hold off for a bit. I did order my control yoke/foot pedals the other day so it looks like I'm well on the road to flying the friendly digital skies.
  13.
