New PC build for msfs 2024
Well just bought the 4070 super 2 months ago!!! You suggested the RTX 4080 Ti, because of the 16 Gig of VRAM, right? The reason I bought the super is that Microsoft requirements for MSFS2024 ideal specs show 12 Gig of VRAM!!!! I played MSFS 2024 and the VRAM leak is a real issue and I can soo my usage is very high almost 10.5 plus!!!! So AT the end it is really a Asobo problem that need to be solved, not buying a video card with more VRAM!!

New PC build for msfs 2024
Hello I'm looking to get these components in the next few days. Should this be pretty good for MSFS 2024? I'm replacing the Intel I7 8700K and will add 64 Gig of ram instead of 32 Gig. I have the RTX4070 super. 1x motherboard (MAG X870 TOMAHAWK WIFI) 1x AMD 9800X3D 2x 32Gig of RAM (total 64Gig) (Higher the speed the better) (see above mention of the 4800MT/s) 1x PSU (I do like Corsair! 1000 or 12..MHz. 1x CORSAIR iCUE Link H100i RGB Liquid CPU Cooler - 240mm

New GPU for MSFS 2020
I got the 8700k clock at 4.8 Mhz. I think after everything mention above, I'll try the RTX 4070 super or ti first and see how it goes. The best thing about amazon, is you have 30 days no question ask for returns!! I know my system is old, but that CPU and GPU was great. My FPS used to be better years ago. I think the newest driver as my GPU is so old don't work as good for this GTX 1080 Ti.

New GPU for MSFS 2020
Well, thank you all for your feed back!! I know I'm CPU is limited by main thread!! After spending $5000 on this system 5 years ago, I don't want to spend another 5 to $7000 again! (HURTS!) That is why I was thinking about the GPU upgrade.$500 versus $5000! Hard to decide when you are retired!! RTX 4070 super sounds good for the ability to use DLSS and frame generation, but would really work with this CPU? Anyway thanks again!!

New GPU for MSFS 2020
But on the web site "PC build" after the test it gives me this: Intel Core i7-8700K is too weak for NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti on 3440 × 1440 pixels screen resolution for Microsoft Flight Simulator. This configuration has 14.7% of processor bottleneck . I know the CPU is not perfect but 14.7 % bottleneck does not seam to high at the above mention resolution. Maybe I should go for the RTX 3060 instead. The test shows .8% bottleneck.

New GPU for MSFS 2020
I have a Intel i7 8700k and the GTX 1080 ti. Monitor : ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQL1B 34? Curved HDR Monitor, WQHD (3440x1440), 165Hz, 1ms, Extreme Low Motion Blur, FreeSync Premium, Eye Care, DisplayPort HDMI USB, Height Adjustable, DisplayHDR 400 I am looking to upgrade the GPU to an RTX 3060 Ti. Would that be worth it at a cost of $600 with this system? Should I see better FPS? Would welcome your comments!
