  1. If you haven’t already got an active order I can’t see you getting one anytime soon TBH as the current focus is on completing all the orders that were left after Fulcrum folded and many orders were cancelled/refunded. As I understand it the longer term plan is to make stock and only sell what stock there is and slowly build up the TQ and yoke production to larger numbers. All this is obviously going to take time and patience. I feel lucky to have both a Fulcrum Yoke and TQ as they are quality units. I just hope Fulcrum comes back stronger so many others can share in the joy.
  2. I guess if you are still owed one and didn’t refund like so many did then you should be close to getting yours. I think mine might have been one of the very first production units shipped. A little more patience after all this time and you’ll have a big smile on your face when the box finally arrives.
  3. Thanks. Now I remember why I don’t come here that often. Not very user friendly on the image front. Don’t have any image sharing accounts so I guess that’s a no then. I can do video so perhaps I’ll do a little review when I’ve got time.
  4. It’s been over a two year wait but finally she’s here. What an adventure. First impressions are it’s worth the wait. Super smooth, precise and well made. Everything I wanted that other products don’t offer in a single package at at the price. I believe I have one of the very first units so I feel very lucky for that. Big thanks to Chris at Fulcrum for finally pulling through despite all the troubles along the way. It’s over and above what I expected after first hearing of the Fulcrum closure. A summary of what I was looking for. 6 Axis Metal construction Contactless sensing Realistic size and feel Tension adjustment Small as possible enclosure Interchangeable lever tops It delivers on every aspect and for around half the price of the only other throttle I’d considered worthy the VF TQ6+. Needless to say I couldn’t be happier. I’d post some images if I could figure out how on AVsim.
  5. Ok, fair enough that has been stopped now it seems. Doesn’t make me feel any better about someone that refuses to communicate and either return money or supply the product. As I said previously this behaviour cannot be defended.
  6. So it’s honourable to take my money and not answer my attempts at communication and fail to give me the refund I requested. Your only as good as your last game as the saying goes. You’ll notice I said At this stage. He’s still got a website up taking orders for christ sake and that’s fraud. It wasn’t originally but it is now. Communicate with us and honour those that have requested refunds if the intention is to continue on and maintain any honour that is left.
  7. At this stage what Fulcrum are doing is fraud. They have taken money and done a runner. If you won’t communicate after several attempts to do so what other conclusion could people who have handed over money think in this situation. This behaviour cannot be defended in any way. I’ve requested a refund and heard nothing. Now I have no throttle and no money for a replacement. Trust has gone.
  8. This situation with Fulcrum is really poor. As others have said, Ignoring the customers who have had the faith to pre order is the worst thing about this. Delays I can accept but blatantly ignoring emails and this official forum is totally un-professional. I’ve been promoting Fulcrum and what was excellent customer service when other folks have been complaining about how poor Honeycomb have been in that regard and now Fulcrum have gone the same way. Really disappointed. I understand difficulties in peoples personal lives and with business but there really needs to be basic communication to let us know the situation. Not communicating is just not the answer.
  9. I certainly wouldn’t want to see the Fulcrum become another Bravo. If I wanted a Bravo I would of bought one already. The box it’s mounted in is total over kill because they made it to be like their yoke. There is hardly anything in the rear section of that box. I’m with Ray it’s too big. Beside the fact its made of plastic and uses pots and not contactless sensors the other main reason I don’t like the Bravo is they tried to add too much un-necessary stuff. I’m of the general opinion that it’s better to have it designed well for its main intended purpose. That being a TQ. In this case, better not a Jack of all trades but a master of one.
