  1. That does not surprise me one bit. It seems that Paypal is in the process of revoking Chris his Paypal account.
  2. I agree: that should be the way of doing things. That…plus some customer friendly communication. He could have doubled his prices easily. His much wanted gear would have stil sold. Then he would have been able to put somebody in the office to take care of all the customer related stuff he apparently never had time for.
  3. Nope, nothing, nada…. I paid the yoke with Ideal straight into Chris’s Paypal account. I’ll contact Paypal and see if i can get at least some money back. To keep this Fulcrum website in the air, and misleading potential new customers , separating them from their money, is very low. Something is going on, and only Chris can shed some light on this mystery.
  4. Don’t do it. I repeat…do not purchase yoke nor throttle. The website states false information and has not been updated for months. If you decide to go ahead and buy, you will lose your money, as i have lost mine. Things at Fulcrum are going south.
  5. I put a link here to report a person or company. But i decided to remove it and give Chris an opportunity to finally come with some explanations.
  6. Hear, hear. All of you people who paid by credit card….you are the lucky ones. You can call Visa or Mastercard, and get your money back. Those of us , like me, who made a direct bank money transfer…we are screwed. Nothing we can do but wait , and hope that someday, somehow the money will be refunded.
  7. That is very nice Bryan. I hope you are enjoying your yoke. Please do realize that i still have not received my refund for orders 3128 and 3140 ( 800 pounds). So when you mentioned that shipping and repair of your yoke were done at no cost to you, who do you think effectively paid for it, mmmm ?

  9. I am still waiting for my 800 pounds refund. Chris and his company have taken-off, probably using my throttle and yoke.
  10. I have not received my refund. It has been over three weeks now. Very, very , very disappointing. My guess is, Chris will pull the plug soon. Be aware. !
  11. Hi MistaX. No i did not. Also all communication stopped. Please learn from the official UK company information site that Fulcrum account is overdue. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11536974 I don’t expect to get my 800 pounds back ( Yoke and Throttle ).
  12. Still no refund 😠. Disappointing. Come on Chris. When i ordered i paid you instantly. Why now the wait ?

  14. And as per this afternoon, the status was changed to ‘ cancelled’, so all is well 😃. Awaiting now the refund so i can buy something else for the time being, and finally start flying. My sim-computer is collecting dust. Thanks Chris, I’ll be back when the Fulcrum company has enough Yokes and Throttles in store, and delivery times are once again acceptable. 🙋‍♂️ Pat.
