  1. Well I received a refund from Bank of America today. Hope fulcrum is able to sort out it's problems. I would have stuck with my order but this lack of communication was a deal breaker. Good luck to you all.
  2. My bank, as part of my credit card dispute, contacted Fulcrum's bank and not even they could get a response from Fulcrum. Pretty strange.
  3. So was talking to PayPal, and they said if you bought a yoke using PayPal, there is only 180 days from your purchase date to get a refund. I fortunately used my Visa card and have an open charge dispute with Fulcrum. I hope they can refund my money back being that it's been 8 months!
  4. Yoko doesn't have 180 degrees of rotation like a real yoke. It looks like it's rght around 90 degrees of roll rotation. That for 1500 bucks? No way! Looks like the yoko neo does have a proper travel but it's closer to 2k. Yikes!
  5. People have been asking Chris for basic communication for many many months. I have been waiting for his yoke for almost 8 months. In that time I have written multiple notes on his company's email, Facebook messenger and posts on this forum. The only thing I ever got from him was one short note, telling me "not to worry"! If you're waiting for him to respond, let me tell you, assuredly, it is not going to happen!!
  6. This whole experience has been garbage and would venture to say bordering on criminal. His website still says about 4 weeks from ordering to shipment. I've been waiting almost 8 months. Practically zero communication on fulcrums end. I called Visa. I'm getting my $595.60, with a charge back. Over it!
  7. Ok that's 5 more weeks since the last update. Where are we at? Order 3010.
