Additional voices in P2A version 3
Dolph, I am using SAPI voices , that are normally used by , at least , P2A version 3 . There were already 3 "Desktop" voices installed by default in the P2A program . P2A v3 gives an easy access to more. In the Settings of P2A v3 , via Voices it was possible to let popup the Natural Voice SAPI Adapter Installer . And on this way to download voices that after the download were shown in the Voice Definition box. Unfortunality these so called online voices don't work , no sound , in mine computer configuration . Today I have deleted the "online" voices and found some new voices via Windows 11 , that did work . In total I have now about 10 voices . To me the issue is solved . May be Dave can say something about the RSSvoices .

Additional voices in P2A version 3
Hi all flightsimlovers , Have a problem with the additional controller voices , that (quickly) were installed in P2A version 3. Anyway, only the SAPI desktop controller voices (Zira , David , Hazel ) are always there , but the other so called "online" voices , I have about 15 of them in the dropdown menu , refuse to work in too many flights . What I hear then is the distortion sound . But , surprice , the Copilot can hear it though and responses ... I am using P2A 3.0.0.0 v 30n and Windows 11 v24N2 (latest update)

No P2A language trainer ...
Hi Dave, Point one . Voice Access is turned off. Point two . I have again done "the setting of the microphone" . Point three . "Say Altimeter" is correctly recognized in the Trainer practice area using the SpeechTrainer . Point four . Push the button on the right of the SpeechTrainer to open the Language Trainer . Then , with any of the 10 controller scripts selected , press the Train button in the full Training box . Okay all done but nothing happens by point four . No language trainer . btw : Working yesterday during some time with the SpeechTrainer had also effect to better recognition . Stays that the Language Trainer refuses to open in mine Windows configuration ... Must be an Windows issue. Dave, thanks for your help and quick answer, much appreciated .

No P2A language trainer ...
Iam using Pilot2ATC 3.0.0.0 v.30n together with Windows 11 ; 24H2 , that is the one with Voice Access . Have seen many reports and suggestions about the language trainer issue , there is even a weldone You-Tube video (German). Have done all tips (from Dave and others and have followed the manual) The Fmr Practice Trainer works well. When pushing train a new window pops up , with again options to train . Pushing these train buttons nothing happens , no new (white) screen . One of the few suggestions I can't do is via the Control Panel to the Advanced Speech Options to Microsoft Speech Recognizer 8.0 for Windows, because this option is not more available in W11 24H2. But in the P2A Speech Setup Information I can see : Reco Engine Desciption: MS Speech Recognizer 8.0 for Windows and Reco Enginename : MS-1033-80-DESK . Conclusion must be : P2A is using it . Windows Speech Recognition seems hidden somewhere ... Question : Has someone with P2A 3.0.0.0 v30n (the latest update) and W11 24H2 (the latest update) a working language trainer ...?

v029c does not find the comms Rotate MD 80 xp11
Update 30n does it ! Great, in update 30n the comms of the Rotate MD80 v 1.43r3 ; XP11 v 11,55 r2 are found by P2A . But the monitor option stays on, what ever I do . I have in the settings unchecked the option "bypass the comms", if i check this , P2A don't find the comms. Btw : Why is it useful to monitor the other Comm , other than to receive in time the ATIS of the destination airport, in the Pilot2ATC world ... ?

P2A v3 : the URL pointing to charts can't be saved ?
Dave. In Pilot2ATC 04.0 User Guide for version 2 , the guide to use at the moment , a web URL that is pointing to usable charts can be saved as following the description. And making it available the next time . In the new version 3 , URL's can not be saved , but I can be wrong ...

v029c does not find the comms Rotate MD 80 xp11
Dave, Audio panel : Above the volume sliders are yellow lights , that lite up for VHF1 ,VHF2 ,VHF3 etc , orange light for PA etc, but it has no further functionality . Conclusion: there are no push buttons to turn the comms off. Maybe a question for Rotate , how/where we get down the comms . Would be great if their plane could function properly with ,to my opinion, an excellent product P2A is. I am impressed so far during the trail . very very nice.

v029c does not find the comms Rotate MD 80 xp11
Hello all flightsimlovers, Have a problem wth v3.0.0.0 early access 0.0.29C , can not make contact with the comms in the Rotate MD80 v 1,43 r3 (Xplane 11 ; 11,55 r2 ) . Iam doing the trial . Have read all the post about this issue and try it out , but no success. The only workaround that works is : Start with an default aircraft, eg Cessna 172 , start P2A and push the connect button , then select the Rotate MD 80 and start a new flight . Now everything seems okay . Hope there comes a more 'direct' solution .
