Three days ago I bought the pmdg 77w on msfs 2024 However, a problem immediately appeared to me: it didn't accept any ICAO, it always told me NOT IN DATA BASE. I play on an Xbox Series X, and I've tried everything to fix it. Restarting, uninstalling the app, and playing over and over again, but nothing. I suspect there's a corrupt file, often in my Attempts to uninstall and reinstall the plane resulted in a failed download. So I assume there's a corrupt file, but even deleting my personal data didn't fix it. So I'm asking for help from anyone who might have any ideas on how to fix it.PS: I don't have Simbrief and use the Italian language console if it can be useful.Thx. It hasnt any NAV DATA.

They said they dont have control of marketplace so they cant help me

Guys it's Probably a problem related to the mfsf2024 marketplace because sometimes the download fails in various attempts to get the plane to work. The people at Pmdg told me that I can't Do boo about it, do you have any ideas??

All airports don't work. It's Just unplayable

I bought pmdg 777-300er on Xbox. I have this problem: When I enter the ICAO of an airport into the FMC for my flight plan, it tells me "Not in database." And when I go to the data page of the FMC, it basically tells me that the database is not updated and...and I don't even think it's there because the info is full of blank spaces. Thanks, the plane is unusable in this state. PS: I tried rebooting the plane, deleting the data on the console and cloud, and force restarting it several times.
