Sunday at 05:05 PM4 days I bought pmdg 777-300er on Xbox. I have this problem: When I enter the ICAO of an airport into the FMC for my flight plan, it tells me "Not in database." And when I go to the data page of the FMC, it basically tells me that the database is not updated and...and I don't even think it's there because the info is full of blank spaces. Thanks, the plane is unusable in this state. PS: I tried rebooting the plane, deleting the data on the console and cloud, and force restarting it several times.

Something else must be going on with his installation. Sunday at 06:10 PM3 days I agree with Bob: open a ticket or ask on the forum.By the way, I don't know if this is related or not, but there's a bug with the 777 when trying to download the weather on the tablet: when you try to do so, the response is "Unable to fetch weather, please confirm ICAO code." I recently ran into this myself.According to Mathijs on the PMDG forum, this is a known problem and PMDG is working on a fix.
