Hello guys, I've downloaded EditVoicePackX for my FSX but it doesn't give me wind speed or direction when I'm landing my aircraft. I have no idea why this is happening. I get wind information during my takeoff only. I tried to find an answer over the internet but I didn't find anything useful. My EditVoicePackX version is 4.0. By the way, how do I reset the elevator trim wheel on B737 for 0º whenever I disengage the AP ? I always disconnect the AP but I have to pause the simulation and keep clicking with my mouse on the position indicator until it reaches the position 0º. It's ######ing me off. Thanks for your help!

recently fsx has been very laggy i dont really think its always been like that, what could be the problem? it lags even when i try lowering some of the settings. i have a fairly mid-high end laptop: DELL INSPIRON 15R SE windows 8.1 64bit intel 3632qm 2.2-3.2ghz 8gb ram radeon hd 7730m

When a sudden windshift occurs, a wheel well fire warning occurs due to excessive brake heat. This may be related to ASX. Please acknowledge this bug and plan a fix. -

Good day! I have this problem with my Airbus X that, right after I pushback and start my engines (GSX), I lose all controls. My throttle won't move, nor side stick, nor rudder. Before engine start I can move the throttle only (supposed to be that way I understand). Also when I lose controls FSX doesn't detect my joysticks (saitek rudder/throttle and logtiech extreme 3D pro). Why does this happen right after pushback and engine start - no clue! Please help if possible and thanks in advance! Sorry for the duplication (my stupid internet) wheres the delete button? :blush: -
Hello Guys ! I had to let FSX generate a new FSX.CFG files. I'm launching FSX, evreything seems to be okay, but Regardless of the A/C I'm selecting, hitting the start switch the Engine is cranking but doesn't starts. (Yes, fuel is okay magneto & all the rest are okay too) & From time to time I see for a split of a second the "Loading Bar", seems like it is loading something. weird. Any Ideas ??? Thanks Yair

Hi, I recently brought fs9 and installed it on my laptop. I then went to: http://www.whatismyscreenresolution.com/ and it told me that my screen res was 1366 x 768. I then selected 1366 x 768 x 32 on flight simulator and the UI turns into a really small box centered in the middle of the screen with a big black border around it. Thanks for any help, Marcus

I need a favor. I'm considering an EVGA 680 and would like to know how well the gtx 680 performs in FSX with 8xS & 4x Sparse Grid Supersampling when flying in heavy clouds. With my gtx 480 I get stutters. 8xS & 2x Sparse Grid Supersampling is acceptble, but I woul like to run an 4x SGSS because I like how it looks. Thanks. Josse -
Hey Guys, Im new to the forum and I just reinstalled FSX after many years of no use. I run a pretty lame Single core Pentium 4 2ghz computer but through a bit of FSX.cfg tweaking I have managed to keep my frames witthin 20-30 at settings I consider acceptable. The only addons I have are a few ORBX stuff and I use an external FPS limiter. After having a website tweak my cfg (And it did a great job) I cannot see any traffic, be it AI or players in multiplayer past 0.2 NM away. The aircraft dissapear and I am left stearing at floating lights. Does anyone now how to fix this? Or what is causing it? As it is quite anoying. Thanks in advance guys. David Flint

Ok guys so after wanting to play flight simulator or prepar3d with no hiccups and all the bells and whistles like ngx 737 etc and scenery addons so my girlfriend today after complaining about my csgo experience with my horrendous 5 year old laptop she has went and pulled it out the bag for me the absolute angel! She's spend around £1800 on a configured gaming pc with the specs as follows I7-7700K at 4.2GHz but wanting to over clock (corsair H45 liquid cooling 120mm) 256GB Sandisk X400 Sata III Gaming SSD 2TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64M Cache 7200rpm Hard Drive (Single Hard Drive) (1x8GB) DDR4/3200mhz Dual Channel Memory Corsair Vengence with heat spreader MSI Z270-A PRO INTEL Z270 Chipset, ATX Mainboard Corsair 600 Watts CX600 MSI GeForce® GTX 1080 8GB Video Card I am also wanting to run on two 1080p monitors at the moment so please could anyone and everyone help me out with how to overclock and how much I should over clock by and just if all of these specs are good just because she has already ordered it and it comes Monday so please any info on how to get the best out of the system and even configs etc just anything guys!
