Very nice.

It's amazing how FS9 can still look so good in 2017.

I miss my days of FS9, to be honest.

No performance issues, and a certain 'mood' that I think FSX lacks somehow.

If it wasn't for PMDG I'd probably still be flying in this sim until this day. (Seriously: I only installed FSX when the NGX came out :P ).

I have the FSX, but I prefer the FS2004.

There is no any issue performance. And I'm using the PMDG 737 NGX also, for FS2004 of course, merged with TDS model. It is an amazing combination.

Agree on FS9 providing the right 'mood'. I don't know exactly what it is, but MS got something right with it.
I still enjoy fsx for variety as well. I just flew orbx Ymml into Fly Tampa yssy in the NGX. Pretty enjoyable despite the fps hit with yssy.

But don't discount the iFly 737. I use it more in fs9 then the ngx in fsx. I prefer it actually due to some extra features the ngx doesn't have. I actually find the ngx a little bland and boring.

The fs9 pmdg is pretty poor compared to the iFly which to me is hugely underrated.

Either way, fs9 ticks to me more boxes then the other sims. A keeper!!
