Hi, I have installed Rc4 on to my computer,recived my new key which I have coppied and pasted and then pressed the button as requested but when I put it on again I keep getting the unregistered box again,can anybody heilp a frustrated old man. David

if this is vista, you have to right mouse click the icon or .exe, and click run as administratoris there a minus (-) sign in front of the product id, and you didn't include it in the key request?jd

No it is XP and have coppied and installed as requested David.

Exactly, what was it? I have the same problem with Windows XP.Edit: Tried rebooting the computer again and after the fourth attempt RC4.3 started. No idea what the problem was.
