New Callsigns

Is it possible to add callsigns in RC?Since FSX now has US. Navy, Marine Corp., Air Force, Coast Gaurd, and NASA aircraft it would be nice to add in these callsigns.

navy, air force, coast guard and experimental are all in rc version 4jd

Can't find them in version 4. I was looking around in the c4.csv flie and I may have done something wierd. all my aircraft names are one of in RC4 now. I also saw a lot of different callsigns in the c4.csv file but can't find them in radar contact.
