Are these Callsigns in RC4?

Featured Replies

Hi I have been reading the reviews of RC v4 and I am quite interested to say the least. I always fly with FSX but have become frustrated with the default ATC.Being from the UK I fly a number of UK airlines, but not exclusively, plus one other now defunct airline for obvious reasons but could someone tell me if their callsigns are included in RC v4 before I purchaseEasy - for EasyjetChannex - for Jet2Wardair - now part of Canadian but used by me for obvious reasons.I take it that I cannot edit any .cfg file to add callsigns without any .wav files. Is there a published list of all the callsigns included?ThanksPhil

easy, yeschannex, yeswardair - noyou can't modify a file, and get new callsigns. to get new callsigns all the people who recorded the existing callsigns would have to record a new onejd

Is there a published list of all the callsigns included? Here's a link to an earlier post with the list you want, Phil. http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho..._id=22311&page=There are many more airlines scheduled for the V5 recording list. If you'd like Wardair added - and I can understand why you would - just post in this thread http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...id=25914&page=2 and Subs will pick it up and add it to the list.Incidentally, I used to work with a Phil Ward in ATC at Heathrow in the late 60s - I presume that isn't you?Pete http://www.jdtllc.com/images/rcv4bannerbeta.jpg

Thanks for the link and I may well request 'my airline' to be included in version 5.I used to see their 747's going into Leeds airport in the late 80's as the flight path went over my house.Sorry Pete but I'm not the Phil Ward you knew but unfornately I am almost old enough to be.Phil
