Martin-make sure you kill all forms of web protection (like popup killers, firewalls, etc.) for the download to occur. We'll be helping out actively- just give us about a half a day to get some rest after the VERY tiring release process. ;-)

Hey me too, tried on two pc's same problem :(((

HiSame here,no protection enabled. And that here in the States NortheastOh by the way that was for the fourth file after purchase. The three on your site D/L ok.

Well for my part I don't get a code 404,... but still nothing is happening !! It's just trying to connect, and is just doing so with no result !If I try to right click on the link and choose "save target as..." it is just waiting for file information, or in other words "trying to connect" !!Could it be a problem that I'm running NAT behind a Cisco router ?I presume not !I'm sure this will be corrected within reasonable time from PMDG.--------------------------------------------------------------------Okey, its' working now !!!I don't know what you guys at PMDG did,... but it's sure the fastest tech support I've expereinced so far ,... didn't take more than 5 mins or so !!Kind regards,Steinar Thom

Still not working for me

Hi PMDG,same for me. No chance to get the needed file currently.:(

It's not working here either. Same problem. Either I get a page unavailable message or the browser just hangs trying to connect. Rats! Firewall down, AV off, FlashGet disabled - tried all that stuff but no luck. Could it just be an overloaded server?Doug

Gents-This is clearly a server issue. It is currently trying to cope with a huge demand that results from the very large files people are downloading for release. This is also the reason why we are currently only offering one livery. The others will be up again after the initial rush. The server is most likely experiencing a "running at maximum capacity" issue. Please give it some time AND please give our senior developer time until he wakes up (located on U.S. East Coast) and has the chance to tweak the server performance.I can personally guarantee that everyone will be able to enjoy the product after purchasing, only a matter of time. Our tech support team will do its absolute best to help out. After all, we are known for our good support! ;-)I will keep you updated...

Yes, that is the problem right now. Please give the server a moment to cope with the demand. We really appreciate your patience.Cheers!

OK. But I have a feeling it's going to be more than just a "moment" :-) . Any chance you guys can turn on the use of download managers until we get over this startup problem? The thought of having to sit here hour-after-hour clicking on a download link isn't very appealing.Doug
