July 1, 200322 yr Does that mean that everyone can download the aircraft and try it out before we have to pay? Is that what that 10day thing is?Cheers,Ryan
July 1, 200322 yr Nope, you can download three files from PMDG that you need for the installation. However, to get the fourth and final file you need to buy they package and then you are sent by mail a link to the last file.I'm not quite sure about the meaning with the 10 day grace period, but during that time you don't have to enter any key to use the product. After that you have to generate a key from the computer and that key is based on the hardware in your computer. You send it to PMDG and receive a license key that you enter in order to continue using the airplane after the 10 day period. Or something like that.../krister Krister LindénEFMA, Finland------------------
July 1, 200322 yr Commercial Member I think that would be amazingly cool of PMDG if they did decide to offer a 10 day trial to anyone - this is after all the most expensive addon I've ever bought for FS and as long as there were no security concerns I think it'd be a great idea for em to let people try it out first. If everyone is as blown away by it as I am, PMDG will have a bunch more new customers!Ryan Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
July 1, 200322 yr Oh ok. I sort of understand it.Ive emailed them so hopefully this will clear it up a bit. Ryan....I used a currency converter, if it is actually $39.95US, its $70 AUS which is about normal for us. But then again, this is only the base addon. Thanks for the reply.RyanGets confusing having more than one Ryan on here, lol.
