Captains!Currently I am managing both the FORUM and SUPPORT@ functions by myself so that other team members can get some sleep!I am giving primary focus to the support@ email right now because most of it deals with transaction issues and downloads- so it is important for me to get those items worked out.If you are having a download problem and have emailed me- you will be hearing from me soon!
