Key assignments ?

Featured Replies

Will we get key assignments with the patch ?I'm thinking to get such a unit, but to work completely, it would require some support e.g. key for TOGA, A/THR disconnect, etc. :http://users.pandora.be/vdbsoft/throttle.htmMike

This is an important question, that I think needs a response sooner than later...There are many many cockpit builders out there (including me) who need some kind of interfacing to the aircraft systems (other than the freakin mouse!).Also, the ability to extract data from the systems, MCP displays etc. is crucial.. I repeat _crucial_!Anxiously waiting for the response...regardsTero

Gents-the key assignment capabilities will be available later - this patch is to correct crashes and wrong functionality. I do promise, though, that you will get key assignment functionality before the 800/900 comes out.

Lefteris,Ok, good to know, I'm sure not only Cockpitbuilders, but everyone with buttons on their stick/yoke/throttle will appreciate that. Just to mention an example, TOGA on Lever Button is much better than mouse on screw ;)Patiently waiting ....Edit : One more question, does your support of the 747 MCP Hardware also include the new EICAS unit ? I hope the MCP can be ordered soon again, seems they are sold out at the moment. Or even better, they should start a 737 MCP right away :)Mike

Key assignments are also important if you want to use Game Commander.Regards,Matthias
