July 27, 200322 yr Dear PMDG,Could you also post here or your webside proper installation for FS2004.Thank you for your help, as a current customer of yours i shouldnt be going through 500 pages here to find out how to install PDGM into FS2004Hasan
July 27, 200322 yr Commercial Member Dear Hasan-first of all - it's PMDG, not PDGM.Secondly, I posted a very clear note at the top of this forum stating that you SHOULD WAIT FOR THE PATCH to install 737TNG on FS2004. Until the patch comes out, you're on your own. (The patch is only a day or so away - so hang on!)I hope that makes sense.Best, Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
July 27, 200322 yr Dear Lefteris,First of all instead of correcting my typing you should correct your product.Second, Please next time you come up with a great new product MAKE SURE IT IS COMPATIBLE ( see image ), i hope we are not running a contest writing eachother back in forthHASAN
July 27, 200322 yr Dear Ahsan, 99% of the world currently does NOT have FS2004, and it was clearly pointed out to you in the other thread that in no more than a few days everything will run fine in COF. Hope this helps ;)[h5]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smith[/h5][h6]The Next Great one? July 27, 200322 yr Dear All,Maybe i couldnt explain my self clear. All i wanted know what is the proper way or how to install PMDG to FS2004.I did not say i am having a problem with FS2004 or i have a copy of FS2004.I would like PMDG to post a proper installation instruction.HASAN
July 27, 200322 yr Hi Hasan,if you go to www.precisionmanuals.com you will find all the information you need on the front page, as well as a download link for the required files. There are currently a few issues with running the plane in FS2004, and PMDG is not offering any support for FS2004 installations until the patch has been released, as most support issues will already have been addressed in the patch.Cheers,Gosta.http://hifi.avsim.net/activesky/images/wxrebeta.jpg
July 28, 200322 yr I assume proper fs2k4 instillation would be to point it to your FS9 directory instead of FS2k2, and to check the fs2004 boxes that say required for fs2004 (the load editor) and to not install the fs2002 components as they are not needed.
July 28, 200322 yr Commercial Member Whoa whoa, you don't even have 2004 and you're badgering them about installing the NG to it?? What's with that?? FS2004 isn't out until Tuesday, at least officialy so if they're compatible with the patch tomorrow then I'd say they delivered exactly what they advertised...Ryan Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
July 28, 200322 yr OUCH. That reply was harsh. lol Very harsh and sardonic. :-lol But anyways, like everyone else said, hopefully by the official date (tomorrow) PMDG will have completed the patch. Don't worry. :) (not that I care, I am buying when the -800's are out... :-lol )Cheers,Daniel P.
July 29, 200322 yr Hasan,When the patch is out, you will be able to properly install the NG into FS2004 :)
