In Short, yes. It appears that Microsoft has not implemented a moving camera in FS9, so if you wish to view the cabin, you will need the latest shareware version of Active Camera for FS9. The Active Camera guys have really produced something that makes the VC worth being in: it is well worth the price.VinPMDGwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.vinscimone.com/blueguymend.jpg

LMAO!!! :DI'm glad to see the blob survived that nasty stabbing! :-lolBTW. Can't you use the default commands for a crude moving around in the VC and VCCAB? The idea just struck me (bored at work) so I haven't tried it!SHIFT+ENTER, SHIFT+BACKSPACE : Up and downCTRL+ENTER, CTRL+BACKSPACE : Forward and backwardSHIFT+CTRL+ENTER, SHIFT+CTRL+BACKSPACE : Left and rightTGIF, :-beerchug

For the VC and a litle bit after the door yes. But not to the WC in the back :-) Jos

I noticed that the Active Camera guys have decided to follow the current depressing trend and go to payware - well shareware. Does anyone know if we are going to have to fork out extra to buy this module if we want to get the cabin views in FS04.Bud

Vin,Frankly this takes me all aback. I'm sure the NG, when it's finished, will be a worthy add-on to FS. However, it is not inexpensive of itself. In addition, in order to get the cabin views, as advertised in the original blurb, we now have to hand over additional cash for Active Camera. Given that we will also have to pay out for the next development, we seem to be getting to the point, at least from a purely financial consideration, where FS itself could be regarded as an add-on to the NG.I don't object to paying out money for good quality, stable products but, from what I've seen in the past, Active Camera does not fall into that category. The only use I have for it is in connection with the NG. Bud
