August 5, 200322 yr Greetings.I installed the great 737NG last night for the first time. When I was going to select the 'Extend registration' option nothing happened. Upon trying the other menu options (all of them), none of them works either. Anyone had this? The menus are available for selection (black), but when I do nothing happens.Installation order: I installed the main program, restarted, then installed the SU1, restarted, then installed the manual and then started up FS2004. The airplane works great, so I was hoping to be able to use it after the 10 day trial period as well.Running Win XP Pro on a P4 2.53GHz, 1GB mem, GF4 Ti4800 SE.Thanks,Bj

August 5, 200322 yr Thanks guys.Mats: I'm running Win XP Pro, and the file is correctly named.Krister: Good luck on that one... :)I've also sent an e-mail describing the problem, so I hope i get a response. In the meantime I can still enjoy the plane for 9 days. :)
August 5, 200322 yr I'm running XP Home and have similar problem - but its only when i click on 'extend registration' that i get no response - everything else is fine and aircraft flies beautifully. Have e-mailed support so i'll wait and see. DLL is fine too.8 days left, fingers crossedMartin
August 5, 200322 yr Update: I entered the following in the fs9.cfg-file:(OldModules) <--- brackets PMDGOptions.DLL=1 And now I have the same as you, Martin. All menu options work except for the 'Extend registration'. Maybe it kicks in when the 10 days are up? Crossing fingers too... Regards,Bj

August 5, 200322 yr Commercial Member Bjorn-this is a clear indication to me that you have downloaded the "older" SU1. Even though it's a bit of a bother, please download the NEW Service Update again, UNINSTALL our product and go through the installation process once again (base product, then SU1).(You can remove the OldModules reference and make that your test - if FS-CoF complains, you haven't finished the update process entirely, and things are still "old"). The latest PMDGOptions.DLL is smart enough to make FS-CoF know it applies to it as well. Lefteris Kalamaras - Founder www.flightsimlabs.com
August 6, 200322 yr Thank you very much for good support.I did download the old service update a few days ago, but last night before purchasing the product I saw a notice that a new update was out, and downloaded that. Windows asked me if I wanted to replace the file and I answered yes, but maybe the old file was still in memory or something. When installing I made sure to tick only the correct options for FS2004 (I always read the documentation carefully :) ).FS2004 does no complaining, it just gives me no response when I select the 'Extend registration' menu option. All others work fine. The 'Produce transfer code' tells me it's no longer necessary, and the version number under 'About' says it's v1.01 (Patch 1), although the date is 25th of July. Maybe this is a hint that I have the wrong version installed?I will download the new update again and follow your advice tomorrow after I've had some sleep... :)I just had another wonderful flight with the airplane, and it seems to be working great. The way it intercepts GS and LOC is amazing compared to other aircraft! Thanks again for good service and a great product.Regards,Bj
August 7, 200322 yr I've now had time to do a reinstall, but I still have the same. Nothing happens when I select 'Extend Registration'. Am I the only one with this problem? :-hmmm I used the removal tool to uninstall.Other add-ons I have installed is a registered version of FSUIPC and an unregistered verion of Active Cam 2004.Any further tips appreciated. Thanks,Bj
August 8, 200322 yr Guys,The same thing happens to me : "extend registration menu" not working at all, even with the latest SU1 patch. I sent a mail to PMDG support about that and I received a response from Robert S. Randazzo telling me that "if the software is not asking for a registration code- you should be all set". Waiting now for the end of the 10 days delay (4 days left)... and see what happens.Hope this can helpHenri
