August 16, 200322 yr Since the alphas in FS9 have been kicked up a notch I've been playing around with trying to duplicate the pearl finish on the new Northwest Airlines livery. This is my first cut of this livery. I've a few other techniques to try but I want to gauge the reaction to this initial attempt. August 16, 200322 yr How do they look in FS2002 out of interest? Cheers,John TavendaleTextures by Tavers - https://www.facebook.com/texturesbytavers
August 16, 200322 yr Author Actually looks close. I did this in the wee early morning hours(2:30-4:00) so now in the normal daylight hours this texture looks too oxidized. I'll try combining some techniques and see how that looks. Thanks for looking. http://www.precision...GX_Dev_Team.jpg PMDG Graphic Designer
August 16, 200322 yr I think also the dynamic shine is too high could a bit lower (model / and mappings) for the model but that has nothing to do with the paint. But it's out of balance ;-) Andr André
