Problems with registering the 737 NG

I ordered the 737 NG from PMDG last saturday but forgot to write down the download link for the installer. The payment with my credit card was approved, I did get my Order confirmation on the screen.While buying I thought that i would receive the download link in the confirmation mail from PMDG so I did not write it down or used it while buying the product.You guess what happened: I never received the mail with the download link for the installer.This way it is impossible to install the plane.Off course I emailed PMDG last saturday (and today) but got no reaction yet. I there a way that somebody can help or someone from PMDG reads this and react??

Got into support by now? My new emailaddress is not covered by spamfilters or something and working OK. I like to be flying by now. :(

Sometimes a mail client WILL block a certain address without you knowing it, check you settings to see if you have a *safe* list that will always allow mails from .precisionmanuals.com. Klaas,Either Robert or I check and answer all support email EVERY day. Any implication otherwise is unfounded.I sent out an email and reset your order to your new email address the same day you posted it. I never heard anything back and you never posted any reply that you were still waiting so I assumed you got it.
