November 29, 200322 yr Hi, the manual is very technical and as real as it gets, however there are a few "elementary" things I want to know and didn't find.First of all I don't succeed in getting the ICAO airport codes in the FMC. Always 'not in database' is prompted although I have all the latest XXXX.txt files in my PMFG/sid-star folder. How do I import a .rte file in my FMC?Any help is appreciatedCheers Rob
November 29, 200322 yr Hello, please be sure to sign your name to your post (s), thank you. You need to have NAVDATA installed. You can get the latest and LAST airac cycle here: http://w53114421.user-h20.atplus.net/downl...C-PMDG_0312.zip If you have FS9 you will need to make a "FMCWP" folder and NAVDATA inside that. Run the installer and extract to the NAVDATA folder and you should be good to go...[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://img.villagephotos.com/p/2003-5/196432/winglets_lg.jpg Randy J Smith
