A Big Thanks To PMDG

Featured Replies

I think with the announcement that Robert is just waiting for a greenlight from the BETA team we all owe a debt of thanks to Robert and the PMDG team...It sounds essentially we who have already purchased the NG are going to be getting a WHOLE....WHOLE brand new package...not a PATCH in the next few daysssss.....when was that last time that a Third party did that.If you would like to express your thanks please do so by adding your thank you message to this thread....PMDG looks like they are aiming to be the leaders in producing commercial jet add-ons for FS9....Watch out Dreamfleet....Regards

I'd buy that for a dollar!!!Yes, well done PMDG, you truly are the masters.I wish certain other companies who will remain nameless but think its a great idea to release five patches in one would take a leaf from your book and get it right before release.

I will say the folks at PMDG have gone far beyond my expectations for flightsim addons. I've notice in this forum they seem to take the time to resolve issues and back a superior product with superior support...and thats all before SU2.Best RegardsTodd Hontz

I'm very impressed as well. I had held off buying this package after all the flack after the initial release. I've lurked around the forum for the past few months.I am so confident in SU2 that I am going to purchase it the first day with complete confidence I'll be happy with the product.ed

Yes. Thank you PMDG

I am impressed with their perseverance. I was originally crtical of PMDG since it looked like the product was released prematurely and I had little confidence there would be any significant follow-through effort to fix things. I was dead wrong. It looks like PMDG really outdid themselves in nursing this 737 baby to maturity. You can see I am using phrases like "looks like" - since I don't own the aircraft. I would still like to see fully dark cockpit (80% of my simming is at night) before I jump to get one. I need this extra touch of realism to tip the scale since otherwise I am not a big fan of flying any aircraft above 70,000 lbs MTOW.My hat off to you PMDG ... Michael J.

Ok My turn!I am one of the newbes here :D.Anyway, I don't know if yall remember but I asked what was the best addon to buy, I visited all the forums, PSS, Wilco, This one, and a few others.... I have NEVER EVER been a fan of the big tin.Pmdg has changed this. Now I am even more excited to learn that not only is it just a patch but a brand new plane. Other company's sometimes pay for a patch. Just for a PATCH! this is not a patch as they have told us very clearly. How many Addon company's do you know who is willing to create a new plane. I mean 64 times they tryed... 64! Just imagine all the headaches they must of had! I mean I get a head ache when I can solve a software problem on someones computer under 2 hours, I can't even imagine months! If I had to give PMDG a rating on 1-10, it would be an easy 20! An A+ grade. They are very friendly, and WANT to help. And they do LISTIN to there costomers... So I agree and Give a verry warm pat on the back, a basket of fresh home made bread, and a HUGE THANK YOU! Thanks PMDG and beta team for being the best! Without PMDG there would be no 737 NG, with out beta testers, there would be no PMDG!

>Flyman2>>Mr ????? Sir as per forum rules you must sign each post that>you contribute in this forum.>See below example.>>http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=sho...26412&mode=full>>TedTedWhen a PMDG rep comes along and enforces that policy Ill listen but as for listening to you......Go find another party to ruin.....you have taken a little of the intent of my post away......Thanks a WHOLE lot.....SignedRandy

Yepp!I know, I used dreamfleet but on fs2002.It was okej but PMDG beat them by horsepowers!

:-jumpy :-jumpy :-jumpy :-jumpy :-jumpy Doesn't feel good when someone does it to you does it? But that's how it is here....everyone wanting to suck up to PMDG scolds people for not signing their name in the post. You're the first person that's actually taken offense to someone asking you to do that though. I wonder why that is?

Well, that's all nice and cozy-like....like a cup of hot chocolate after shovelling snow for hours. But, with all DUE RESPECT to PMDG and others, Before I call SU2 "The Second Comming" like many of you here, I think I'm gonna actually install it, and do a few flights for a week.....if there are no problems (or insignificant ones) then I will come back here and join the Butt kissing.I'll even reference this thread when I do it.Until that time, I'm not gonna judge something I haven't played yet just on a list of things that are supposedly fixed/added.Sorry to put water on your parade, but when it comes to Payware developers these days, SEEING IS BELIEVING.

Hi Anthony,I agree 100% with you. It's not that I don't believe people, but like you say, seeing is believing. If it's great then I won't be butt kissing - I'll just say thanks ;)Rich.
