I know it's an outdated product, but I'd still like to re-use it.I'm reposting this after a frustrating attempt to retrieve my B777 for FLY!.I bought this product and used it until I lost it after a major pc upgrade. I wrote about this in the forum, and was advised to turn to pmdg support. I did, and two weeks later no one has cared to answer or even acknowledge my query.This is not typical of pmdg's attitude towards customers.I want to download and reinstall my paid for B777!Eytan
