Hi,Trying to download with DAP7. It keeps on saying Authentication required. I type in my Order ID in the user name field and my password in the password field. This is failing. ANy other ideas?ThanksSimon

It is just that the server is busy...keep trying....

the authentication should be (just guessing!!!!!) the order ID and Password you received with your e-mail.CheersHolger DallmeyerEDDK

Same here - requests "authentication" and does not accept the Order ID as username and the Password in the email as password.x( Bjorn

I am pretty certain, the download does not require a usermane and passwod. I think the server is at capacity.Once space is available I don't think the request for authentication will be there.I remember the same thing happening at other download sites when the server is full.Mal

If is definitely because of the current bandwidth. This is typically what happens with DAP when the server is under heavy loads.Try again is my only suggestion...Cheers,Danny
