December 14, 200322 yr Hi,Trying to download with DAP7. It keeps on saying Authentication required. I type in my Order ID in the user name field and my password in the password field. This is failing. ANy other ideas?ThanksSimon

December 14, 200322 yr I am pretty certain, the download does not require a usermane and passwod. I think the server is at capacity.Once space is available I don't think the request for authentication will be there.I remember the same thing happening at other download sites when the server is full.Mal
December 14, 200322 yr If is definitely because of the current bandwidth. This is typically what happens with DAP when the server is under heavy loads.Try again is my only suggestion...Cheers,Danny
