blank Screen with blue bar right side bottom page stopping half way. Can I leave it as is and will it still connect to server, or do I need to close the page and try again??Thanks in advance for the advice.:-)

"Goose"If it times out entirely- you'll get a page that indicates a 404 error...I would NOT click the link repeatedly- as some have tried... this will only lock you out... ;-)Let me know how it goes!

Thanks Robert. Are you still flying the real stuff or just concentrating on software?

The same thing happened to me just a few minutes ago and now I can't get back in to download.I am very frustrated at the way this is being handled.I get to the download screen and than it only goes 12 the way and stops. JeffG

This is why they (strongly) recommend download manager software. It happened to me in the less pressured download of the product itself... timeouts on the download which never recovered, requiring me to restart the download. When I installed and used their recommended Download Accelerator Plus program, this problem was history and it came in first shot.NOW - DAP is a serious adware/spyware contender. My personal plan is to install it, use it, and remove it as soon as the download is done. Before installing any PMDG product, a full Ad-Aware scan will be done to clean my machine of any leftovers.Question to PMDG - Do any other download manager programs work? I was very hesitant to install it due to the considerable warnings on CNET reviews (and others) about it's wanton spyware inclusions. While this is the ONLY professionally run server I require download manager help with, it's a small sacrifice. Should I be unable to purge the ad/spyware, then it will be a much larger issue. (Can you say reinstall from scratch?!) Waiting for my server slot,-Germ

I'm stuck as you all....and it's the fourth time I get in but have the access to the ZIP file hang when it reaches halwway...but I'm afraid to try again to avoid being locked out.Unfortunately I tried with that Download Accelerator and it was just the same!It hung there twice for 30 minutes last nght "waiting for a reply".After reading all the bad posts I uninstalled it and the ran SpyBot Search&Destroy and man was I full of their s**t on my system!!!Oh well.....sooner or later we'll get through...maybe by this evening I'll be able to test it out...glad I haven't unistalled ver. 1.1 yet! :-)) At least in the worst case I'll still fly that this evening to relax a bit.Regards,Bjorn

OK...I got the e-mail yesterday and have been having a very difficult time accessing this page..Shortly after I get to the page where it tells me I'm authorized to download, it goes back to a page cannot be displayed....I'm beginning to wonder if my fast DSL is not worth it or maybe this was not the best way to do this..All i want to do is click and download and not have to wait around my PC all day...WHATS the deal here?Troy
