Kreg-We generally work support@precisionmanuals.com twice per day... All tech support work is handled by me, and our Tech Support Manager, Paul Gollnick.I say "generally" work twice per day because both of us are at the whim of our respective airline's schedules so occasionally it can take a bit longer.In your case- we got your email relatively quickly- and it took a change in your email address as your requested to get things pointed to the place you could receive the email....If you need anything- don't hesitate to drop a line to our tech support address- but also expect that you will not get an answer within minutes. I submitted my order, and it was approved, but I have yet to recieve an email with the download link! I then tried to send an email, and it said the precision manuals site had transient errors! Do I have to re-order for it to work?
