Looks like I need to download a whole replacement for the 737!

Looks like this is my fault, I purchased the plane earlier than I thought and I need to re-download the whole thing again. I just never got an email so I have contacted Support. I guess it pays to read the directions first! Bob Kellett

I have a similar problem and need to get a new copy of the 737. My one has gone ####-up following the patch so I'm having to re-install all of FS2004.I have tried the old email I received from PMDG but have had no luck as that link is now dead. Apparently we have to pay $10 for a replacement download - if I had known this I would have kept a copy of the original!!!Unfortunately, the email address they give to request a replacement doesn't work either. Please, PMDG help us out here.

Gents-It appears we ported a VERY old page into the new site by accident, thus the entirety of the information under REPLACE PRODUCT was not accurate.I have updated that page with the new, correct version.Please follow those instructions and you should be okay...

Thanks for that - I've sent a replacement request.For public reference I'll also repeat here an FMC error I'm having, just in case anyone else has noticed it.Can anyone out there enter VTBD into the FMC pos init or DEP/ARR airports? This is for Bangkok's Don Muang airport, but any time I try this I get an error something like "IE error, line 121". Other local area airports seem to work fine.This is with the latest Navdata - I think that this may be the problem.Cheers,Dave

Hi Dave,Check your SID/STAR file called VTBD.txt in PMDGSIDSTARS folder.There is something wrong with that file on line 121 at something called IE. Probably a syntax errorHope it helps,

Thanks for the info - I flight out to VTBD tonight as it happens and won't be back for a month. I'll do a fresh install when I get back and if it's still a problem I'll let you know. As long as it is just me that's having the problem I suppose that this is good news (I think).Cheers,Dave
