May 18, 200422 yr I have ordered and received in the past PMDG Boeing 737 600/700 and the 800/900 update. I received them quickly via email. I ordered my 1900 on Saturday and I am still waiting. I have sent several emails, my money has been taken out of my credit card but no response. I love my 737 and the support has been great but I have heard nothing for 3 days. Call your ISP and complain. Yeah sure we don't want spam, it's a pain in the you-know-what, but the way some ISPs are blocking a lot of legitimate mail during their attempts to stop spammers are sometimes outrageous. May 19, 200422 yr I ordered the 800/900 package this morning, nearly 12 hours ago, and have yet to receive a confirmation or download e-mail. After a few hours I grew curious and e-mailed PMDG and that e-mail has gone unanswered as well. My ISP doesn't have a spam/junk filter, and the e-mail address I used for the order doesn't have any software junk filters applied to it. Not sure what is going on, but I'm sure it'll arrive sooner than later.
