Hi, All of a sudden I keep getting an FS crash when I change to the PMDG 737 now, As soon as I switch to the 2d panel view I get a black screen and lots of HD activity and a MS error screen with a crash in FS9.exe. Something is obviously corrupted somewhere. The last thing I remember doing is installing the 24th april sids/stars from the PMDG site. Before that it worked fine.I think I need to reinstall everything, can someone please let me know what files I need to do this. I think I have all of the original files backed up.I'd just like to know the zip files I need and the order I need to install then to get from the base 600/700 up to the 800/900 including the various updates.Also is there any re-registering needed?many thanksTimhttp://www.flightfactory-simulations.com/h...B_testpilot.jpg

No need to re-register Tim.1] Use the PMDG remover tool here:http://www.precisionmanuals.com/downloads/inc_downloading.asp?iFile=2092] Go into the C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9Aircraft and manually remove the remaining 800-900 PMDG folders.3] Install the 600-700. Don't know what files you have so that is for you to figure out. What matters is that you are at V 1.3 before proceding point 4.4] Install the 800-900.5] Install the 800-900 update. Randy, I looked at the files I have saved and I think the problem is that I never got to 1.2I only have the original files The 1 PMDG_737_THE_NEXT_GENERATION.EXE install and the 4 W files W02,W03,W04, and then an SU1, an SU1-1 and an SU1-1_mini.zip file. I think I need the 1.2 file then I can install the 1.2 to 1.3 upgrade file, then the 800 series FILE (PMDG_737_THE_NEXT_GEN_800_900.ZIP).Trouble is I can find any of the purchase info so I'm a bit stuck.RegardsTimhttp://www.flightfactory-simulations.com/h...B_testpilot.jpg

Hi VinI have emailed Paul at that address. I have explained I cannot find my original 600/700 order however I have given the order number for the 800/900.
