July 6, 200421 yr Are there any plans add 3D switches to the overhead panel in the virtual cockpit as the default aircraft have? I find it a bit tricky with the flat switches to know what position ther're in.Also, with all the talk now turning to the 747, does that mean that the ACARS and IRS for the 737 have been axed? Or will they be added after the 747 is released? Thanks for any ino.-~Phil Phil Brown

July 6, 200421 yr That would be so cool if the switches were 3D! Even if they were just a textured cube, not detailed...as in high-poly, smoothed off edges, etc...but simply-ness lolMatthew Murray,[bR]AVSIM Online,Library Manager,[email protected]
July 6, 200421 yr Hi,There were 3D switches and knobs all over the overhead panel in the -600/700 model. But it was pretty hard on the frame rates so it was scrapped.Cheers, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
