Captains-During the past few days some of you have noticed that would occasionally take the PMDG website and/or the PMDG online store out of service for "routine maintenance."What we have been working on is the installation and configuring of PMDG's new eCommerce site!This eCommerce site is the result of a significant amount of work and research to find a solution that better fits the needs of you, our customers!We have many many new features coming online with this site, and many new and exciting products for PMDG customers and fans!One of the first things you will notice is that it is significantly more robust than our previous system.Navigation is easier and more intuitive, downloads are more robust, and we have gained significant customer support information management to ensure your order process is trouble free!With the opening of this site, we premeir the brand new PMDG LOGO SHOP, as well!The PMDG LOGO SHOP will be growing to a span of products to include various items (shirts, mouse pads, pens and high quality model airplanes) with the PMDG logo on them. We receive email every week from customers asking for such items- so as these new items arrive we will add them to the shop for your enjoyment!Additionally, PMDG has a new rewards program that rewards you with "PMDG REWARD DOLLARS" for purchase of certain items in the PMDG LOGO SHOP.PMDG REWARD DOLLARS can be used toward the purchase of other PMDG products anywhere in the PMDG eCommerce store! You currently do not have any previous orders in this store. I have bought the 737NG and 800/900. Is this page going to be updated or does it only show the purchases which are made in the new store?

We have moved completely to the new system. Rob might surprise us yet, but I don't think the old orders will move into the new system (different accounting methodologies etc.)

How come when I press the 737 Support page for example, or the MD11 Product page, I get a 404 ?

Which ecom software is this?EDIT: Nevermind

It would be great if it is possible in the future that we (as customer) will be able to see what software we already purchased after loggin in?And, that we are able to re-download software if we lost it from our multymedia divices?Maybe something to think about! Is this new shopping method using Verified By Visa -system? I would really like to shop your products but I can't do that because I can pay with my credit card only with Verified by Visa. I'm becoming pretty desperate cause it seems that there is no way for me to buy your absolutely awesome Boeing 737-600/700/800/900 products.

I just looked the E-Commerce site over and even started registering....but......never saw any type of security, not even a little. The privacy page won't display.I'll hold on using the site until I see something that makes mefeel better about using my CC. sincerelyLROn Edit:Ok, I just tried a bogus order, security pops in on the credit card info page.
