January 12, 200521 yr Hi, I have decided to go ahead and get a cockpit video. Can anyone recommend a good 737NG video to get? Thanks,BoazEKCH
January 12, 200521 yr I woudln't necessarily call these pure "cockpit videos" but the WorldAirRoutes series of dvd's are particularly good. I own the Transavia and Helios ones and find them excellent:-http://www.worldairroutes.com/Transavia.htmlhttp://www.worldairroutes.com/Helios.htmlGary
January 12, 200521 yr Hi Gary, Thanks for the reply. In what sense are they not "pure"?Thanks,BoazEKCH
January 12, 200521 yr I just ordered the GOL one the other day and seeing your comment makes me belive I won't be dissapointed? I think it's very hard to know which one to get when there's so many...maybe the solution is to get them all ;-)
January 12, 200521 yr BoazOnly in the sense that not every minute of the DVD is put aside to cockpit presentations, eg, plenty of scenic views, external walk-arounds etc.Having said that, the pilot of one of the Transavia flights between Schiphol and Innsbruck does give an excellent 737-700 cookpit presention (as well as a fantastic visual approach into Innsbruck - worth buying for that alone !!!)Hope this helpsGary
January 12, 200521 yr world air routes are the best in this case, but ONLY because they are the only ones that offer and NG series. In terms of quality, content and professionalism, they place very very distant second to the excellent and well done ITVV series.
