Victor,No, as these air stairs were supposed to be used as stairways to heaven you can only deploy them enroute above FL300. ;-)On a more serious note. Make sure you chose a model with air stairs. I think only the -700 has them. Then make sure you assign keys to Concord visor extend fully and Concord visor retract fully as these are the commands extending and retracting the stairs.Hope it helps,
