Is anyone Interested in the new 1900C??

Recommended Posts

I'm really looking forward to the 1900C. Regional turboprops are a great alternative to the more complex addons. I love my PMDG 737 and Dreamfleet 727, but I don't always have time to fly them on busy nights. With the 1900 all I need is a small amount of time and I can easily make a short hop.

Hey Craig, You hit the nail right on the head with that one. I am finding myself enjoying the flights within 100-250nm alot more lately as I can get my flight fix out of the way and go back to doing my work. The 737 or the 727 work great for this, but in real life, that would not be practicle for these carriers to fly such a large AC for that purpose, but I could be wrong. I fly the ATR72-500 for the shorter hops now. By the time you reach cruise with the larger jets, it's time to descend. Unless you climb at 2,500fpm rather than 1,800. May be we will be driving the 1900c out of our hangers this weekend? Who knows? The guys at PMDG are awfully silent lately with this one. Time will tell. I am a member of Flightsimatc and I look forward to flying this bird with their ATC events. Anyway, have a great night. Best regards,moss1

Hello everyone, I am a big fan of the 737NG, however I also love flying the turbo props as well. I noticed in this forum, there seems to be much less interest in the upcoming 1900C. I personally can't wait for this bird already. I was just curious to see how many out there are excited as I am. Thanks for all of your input. Best regards, moss1

Hey everyone, I don't know if this is my mind playing tricks, but I was just over at PMDG's website, and they added the download size at the bottom of the 1900C page, 32Megs. Price still says TBA but I get a good feeling.:-) Best regards, moss1
