Ben-Long time no see, Ben! ;-)(Yes folks- we do get to know our customers after awhile!)We put "4 days" on the site just in case I'm flying a trip and Paul is on a maintenance road trip... (they usually send him to glamorous places like Jakarta, Memphis, Boise... But i just get Buffalo, Rochester, Charleston....)Normally- we answer all support@ and updateme@ email every day...If a a full evening goes by and you don't hear from us- suspect a spam filter someplace and repost here to let us know you didn't get an answer, okay?
