Hi Joe,First of all, when you load the PMDG flight, make sure you select the PMDG 737NG with the stairs from the Variation drop down menu, such as PMDG W/Stairs or PMDG W/Winglets & Stairs. These variations will not show up in the 737-600. If you haven't already, go to Control Assignments in the FS. Look for the drop down menu that says Event Category. In the drop down menu, select General Aircraft Commands. In the Assignment List, search for Extend Concorde Nose & Visor Fully. Click on the Assignment button and in the popup menu, type CTRL + Shift + E. Now search for Retract Concorde Nose & Visor Fully. Click on the Assignment button and type in CTRL + Shift + R. The CTRL + Shift + E will extend the stairs and the CTRL + Shift + R will retract the stairs. Make sure you press these keys at the same time. Hope this helps.Ken.

Joe,you may use any key combination you wish, and if it is already in use MSFS will tell you so, then you can either choose another one or replace the key command with the new one.Regards,Markus
