July 16, 200520 yr Michael J,>Guys.. figure this ... VFR sectionals, VFR terminal, IFR enroute >maps all free and readily available at the click of a button .. life >would be too good. :-lolVery true my friend, but I gotta ask, the FAA publishes current SID's, STAR's, and Approach Plates in PDF format for free, figured Enroute charts would be next!(Probally the size of the chart in PDF format is too much to handle from a US Gov website???) I know for 12 bucks I can get a one time shot of the U.S. High-Altitude Enroute series, (mailed to me in paper), but it would be nice to have "sim-current" charts to play around with VATSIM!Have a good evening!Gerry
July 16, 200520 yr Hi GerryEnroute charts for USA is difficult to find on the net. Let me know if you find some :)But for most of the world Eurocontrol in Belgium has a free site with charts for almost all the world. You will need to register but it is absolutely free. And sadly the site seems only to work with Explorer. :(Here's the adress: http://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/publicuser/...ic/pu/logout.doBest regards Audun Regards Audun Sjøen My sim screens
