We use cost index of 100 for all flights at NWA.flyby....out

I read in the PMDG manual that we can only insert numbers between 0 and 99. What CI do I have to enter if an airline uses in real life an index of 150?

on what settings do the Aircraft climb and Descent with lower Vertical Speed, higher or lower Cost Index?
