Warren-1) I believe Aerosoft (our CD publisher) is shipping right now.2) The "printed manual" is really more of a primer. It's a VERY stripped down version of the PDF documents that I wrote to accompany the software. (Those weight in at hundreds of pages....)3) The CD Version is 1.10, just as the current download version.

I have the CD version and it has no printed manuals in it.
