Hi.I recently purchased the 737-800/900 upgade. I had a problemwith it when first installed it, keyboard commands did nothing.I uninstalled it using the uninstaller on the PMDG site. I reinstalled and this cured the problem. HOWEVER. It appears to have deleated the 747-400 from my FS9/PMDG folder and I get a CTD when I try to run the 747. I stupidly didntburn a copy of it when I purchased it. Do I now have to pay for anextended download it get my 747 back, even though I think it wasthe 737 uninstaller that caused the problem? Andy-If you still have a backup copy of the 747-400 installer, then you should just re-run it!You don't pay to reinstall (wow- THAT sounds like something one of our competitors would have compe up with....) You need to purchase redownload insurance if you if you lose the backup you "should" have made when you downloaded it originally...
