If you mean looking at the SIDSTARS files: They are text files and can be viewed with any word processor including Notebook or WordPad. Terry Yingling's SIDSTARS site is planepath.com where you can download a tutorial for writing or updating the procedures.If you mean viewing the charts, then for the US there are several places on the web including airnav.com and flightaware.comBe sure to use your name and welcome to the community.
