I've noticed similiar squawk with 737NG 2D panel, during lighting transition the hot spots for overhead, etc., dissappear. Work-around seems to be switch between 2D and VC. Transition seems to last 10 min or so, but I haven't quantified it. PMDG may have a valid complaint with the MSFS platform on this one.

Ingo,I'm not sure what airplane you are referring to (PMDG has 6 currently on the market) so I will give you a generic answer.The timing of the lighting is a Flight Simulator internal variable that cannot be controlled.
