ATC Voice Replacement @ Simviation.com....

Featured Replies

Hello folks, I just discovered (again) this extraordinarily large (136MB) file that replaces the ATC Voice and adds airlines (such as America West, British Airways, Southwest, and Frontier) to the list that is recognized by ATC. Has anyone downloaded and installed this file? I am downloading as I type this (it's 25% done), and I am wondering if it's worth it or if the game will crash when i install it...Please give me some feedback! :)Georgep.s. here's the link to the sounds (near the bottom of the simviation sounds page) if anyone's interested...i'm gonna test it out in a minute :) http://www.simviation.com/fsdsounds.htm

You may be better off on getting the Edit Voicepack program which can be found in the file library. It is much smaller and adds many more airlines. You can also add new callsigns very easily. That file you are downloading, the only new callsign you will have is Southwest since all 3 of the others are already included in FS2002.British Airways = Speed BirdAmerica West = CactusFrontier = Frontier Flight

REALLY!!! that's news to me...it can be found here? I'll look for it! Thank you so much! It's a good thing i backed up my original files because now I can replace them and see if the editing program works. :)George

Works great! No probs so far!Alex
