altering Trans alt from fl180 to others dont work

in the DES FORCAST- i can't change the TRANS ALT frm fl 180(18000ft)to FL140 (14000ft)???i typed 14000 and fl140 but it doesnt change..it say INVALID ENTER or something..INVALID ughh...i forgot...

For TRANSITION LEVEL in VNAV/descent/forecasts page type:60 for FL6070 for FL7080 for FL80...........160 for FL160170 for FL170and so on.Jose Luis
