August 17, 200718 yr Hello,Can someone tell me what the Max planned landing weight is for the 744F?In the manual page 2-5 and 2-6 states that the Max planned landing weight is 630.000 lbs (285.763 kg) but this is less than the max ZFW witch is 635.000 lbs (288.034 kg).Are these numbers correct ? Regards, William Vrielynck
August 18, 200718 yr For the B74F, 666.000 lbs or 302.700 kgs is the maximum landing weight. They really should update that manual.Ryan GamurotLucky to live Hawai'ihttp://www.virtualpilots.org/signatures/vpa296.png Ryan Gamurot
August 18, 200718 yr William,{EDITED: spelling}The way Boeing sells aircraft you can find the max weights ranging quite a bit. ;-) I am sure the figures in the manual are the right ones for the aircraft PMDG used when modeling the 744. But you might very well find other figures out there as well. For Max Landing Weight being lower than Max Zero Fuel Weight, I don't see anything strange in that. You just need to know which weight is the restricting one when planning your flightHope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
