August 24, 200718 yr Author Hi there Joe,That was my first port of call last night, but I could not find one in repaints for 2004. Do you know it's file ID?Also my version was a downloaded one, where can I find the manual, in programs I can only see the QoSky version?Regards JohnTps thanks for the prompt reply
August 25, 200718 yr Commercial Member John-In our file library there is a 400F BA livery that can be found on a few airplanes flying around the world. BA has a few 400F's operating under contract.... If you wanted "As real as it gets." Robert S. Randazzo PLEASE NOTE THAT PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at: http://forum.pmdg.com
August 25, 200718 yr Author Hi Robert,I looked in your (PMDG) downloads livery section for the 747F BA version, but could not find one. I am assuming that is the Lirary you are refering to?Any info on the Manual for the 747F?Regards JohnT
August 25, 200718 yr Author Oooops,Manual sorted, was expecting a dedicated 400F manual, but on further investigation in the PMDG Folder. Found the new updated combined version.Regards all.JohnT
August 25, 200718 yr john...ba's cargo is carried by global supply systems these days (under contract as noted above) - the livery on the pmdg site is the gss scheme.there is a (now historic) chelsea rose livery somewhere on avsim from back when atlas (i think) carried ba's cargo - the author is simon twitchet (spelling may be in error but if you try the various permutations on these clues using avsim's search function i'm sure you'll find the file).hth
August 25, 200718 yr ...in fact, here's the file to get off avsim.british_airways_world_cargo_186791.zip
August 25, 200718 yr Author Thanks Chris, for the info and historical data, I suspected as much but not being a true afficiendo of "As real as it gets" was struggling a bit.Trying to avoid the "Which plane are you?" query from ATC when the livery did not match the call sign :-)Regards JohnT
